Holiday Order Deadlines

Production times during the holiday season may be 1-2 days longer than typical due to the high volume of orders. Shipping times may also be extended.
Note for Canadian orders: There is a possibility of added delay due to Canada Post labour action. For updates, please visit canadapost.ca to see how this may affect your area.

Hmschld offers FREE shipping to Canada and the US. If you want to check the shipping cost for an international order, add items to your cart and fill out your address. Our cart will give you a shipping total. Please note that clothing items and accessories are shipped from different locations. Higher shipping costs are to be expected when ordering items that will ship separately.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 3-8 business days production time before shipping. Each order is made just for you, printed by our amazing partners in the United States. Orders are currently shipping via USPS and DHL.
Expect 2-3 weeks shipping time for Canada and 1-2 weeks for US, after production time. For International orders, expect 10-30 days.
If your order is more than 1 week beyond these dates without arriving, please contact our team at email@example.com.
Note: In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages. We are currently working with two amazing print houses in the United States.
Why is the pricing on Hmschld in CAD?
Our shop is set up in CAD because our business is located in Ontario, Canada. Your payment processor (PayPal, credit card, etc.) will show you a different cost as it's convertedif you are checking out with a different currency. Our cart will always show pricing in CAD.
What's your return policy?
Hmschld will review replacement or return requests only if the product is missing, damaged, or incorrect. Hmschld is not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information that results in lost or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the user must cover the expenses.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please send a photo to the Hmschld team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days so that we may assess the issue quickly. If your shipment is suspected as missing, please contact the Hmschld team and we will do our best to find it or replace it.
Items in our shop are printed to order. We therefore cannot accept returns for any other reason than those stated above. Please take care to input correct sizing, colour, shipping information, etc. to ensure order accuracy.
Note that colours on your screen may appear different in person. Not all monitors are calibrated equally, but we do our best to accurately describe and portray your goods before you purchase.
